Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@peptigen.ro with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable.
