3. Eligibility

4. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout.
- An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch.
5. Shipping
- Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day.
- We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the import of these products is lawful in your jurisdiction. We accept no liability for orders seized or delayed by customs authorities.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Please refer to our Politica de retur for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Peptigen Switzerland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
